Little Tokyo Hibachi and Sushi Bar: Located on the backside of Kountry Kreamery is the best Hibachi in Pigeon Forge. Choose to sit in a booth in the main dining area or head back to the Hibachi grills and gather ’round. The entertainment is fantastic, and the food even better than that! Start off with Sushi and order a meal, or is Sushi the meal?   Combinations offered include Shrimp, Scallops, Filet, Ribeye, and Chicken. Each meal is served with a small, Ginger dressed salad and soup, and a heaping mound of rice. When you’re done, stroll through a few shops and head on down the sidewalk for a homemade Waffle cone sundae.
